Tom Wood

Since receiving an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Notre Dame, Tom Wood has developed a deep understanding of Lean Management and what it takes to
implement a Lean environment.

Tom has worked in operations, financial management, and strategy development for a variety of organizations.

Recently Tom completed an extended engagement helping a manufacturer
on the East Coast deploy a Lean environment. Tom’s previous work includes extended work for a billion-dollar construction company, Wisconsin’s largest health-care organization, and smaller family-owned businesses, including stints as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
